March is jam packed with events. Let’s get right to it, shall we?

Tuesday, March 8th @5pm:

Mario Kart Tournament + Tap Takeover (Tournament roster full, but you can still watch!)

Luigi’s West End Pizzeria and Garrison City Beerworks are teaming up to host a Portsmouth Beer Week event in the best way possible, video games, beer, and pizza! The Mario Kart tournament will be hosted at Luigi’s and all you need to do to sign up is shoot an email over to kyle@luigisportsmouth.com with “Mario Kart” in the subject header by Sunday, March 6th. Garrison city will be taking over the taps. There will most definitely be pizza, and some merch and gift card prizes. If you missed your chance to sign up, you can still come by and watch the fun.


Thursday, March 10th:

Feed Ukraine Fundraiser

Help us support World Central Kitchen (WCK), an organization that mobilizes teams to disaster frontlines providing meals to people in need. WCK is currently serving thousands of fresh meals to Ukrainian families fleeing home as well as those who remain in the country.

You can show your support by dining at a participating location on Thursday, March 10th, when we will be donating 15% of sales, or you can donate today by clicking the button below.

Bockfest 2022

Liars Bench’s Annual Spring Beer Festival Featuring 17 New England Breweries + Goat Centric Cuisine.

Join Liars Bench Beer Co. as they restart their annual tradition, Bockfest, a celebration of the coming of spring, the goat, and of course, one of their favorite German lagers, Bock! Welcoming sixteen breweries from across New Hampshire & New England, Bockfest will feature classic variations from Dopple to Maibock, riffs and one offs such as Maple Bock, as well as a variety of other German lagers to fill your steins. Food will be available for purchase with a variety of both goat-centric dishes and classic festival fare. Get your tickets now for the GOAT spring festival!

Three pairs of Vida Bartenders team up and each create a margarita for Marg Madness. The margarita that sells the most wins and will be featured on the menu for the month of April. Dine at Vida between Sunday, March 13th and Saturday, April 2nd to give a few (or all!) a try.

Make it with Masa Cooking Class at Vida Cantina

Thursday, March 31st:

Seacoast Culinary Challenge

The first-ever cooking competition in the Seacoast to benefit Wentworth-Douglass Hospital will be held at The Music Hall on Thursday, March 31st. Four renowned chefs from across the seacoast, including our own Chef David Vargas, will compete in an intense “mystery basket” style, timed cooking competition. Hosted by Mary Ann Esposito, creator and host of the nationally televised PBS series, Ciao Italia with Mary Ann Esposito and Evan Hennessey, chef/owner of Stages at One Washington.

Jumpin’ Jay’s Fish Cafe will be participating as a Restaurant Partner and will be offering a prix fixe menu with a portion of proceeds benefiting the Wentworth-Douglass Foundation. The menu is $50 and will be available the night of the event. Enjoy dinner AND a show!
